Kurt has been a non-Executive Director of AMG since July 2008. Prior to joining C.A. Bancorp as Vice-President in the spring of 2007, Kurt was a Senior Consultant at Everest Group, a global outsourcing advisory firm. He was engaged in a variety of client assignments developing sourcing strategies for non-core business operations and negotiating commercial outsourcing agreements. Prior to that, Kurt worked in finance and corporate development at IBM. Kurt received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University. He holds a CMA designation and is member of the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario.

Andrew has been an Executive Director of AMG since July 2009. He has full day-to-day responsibility for AMG’s investment and business operations. Andrew began his career at RBC Dominion Securities before co-founding Wellington West Asset Management in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer and Portfolio Manager. In 2005 Wellington West Asset Management merged with Barlow Capital and Andrew oversaw the launch and operation of the firm’s family of pooled investment funds. Andrew is a CFA Charterholder and has served as President of CFA Victoria since 2008. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of the University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business.
